Did you know that being outside in nature helps your brain?
A growing body of scientific evidence is showing that being outside improves our mood and cognition.
Given the information that Americans spend 10 hours a day in front of a screen, it seems only ‘natural’ that being outside gives us a heightened sense of well-being.
Exercising is a great help for brain health and taking a stroll or running outside enhances that effect. Something to plan for as we move into spring.
