While we currently accept a few medical insurance plans, we are transitioning away from medical insurances and will be a direct pay practice as of January 1st, 2026.

• Cigna PPO - Through 12/31/2025

Be sure to call your insurance provider to be sure that Dr. Achari is in network.

If we are not currently in network with your insurance provider, you may have the option of paying cash, and then submitting claims for your office visits as "out of network" with your insurance provider.

Integrated Neurology, PA does not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Madhureeta Achari, MD has signed an agreement to be excluded from the Medicare/Medicaid program. This means that you are responsible for the full cost of your care, that Medicare will not reimburse you, and that Madhureeta Achari, MD cannot bill Medicare for services you receive. As a Medicare/Medicaid recipient and a patient of Dr. Madhureeta Achari, you will be asked to sign a Medicare/Medicaid Consent Form, click here to view.
