Some flavors of Bai water have up to 110mg of caffeine per bottle.
Caffeine use can be a cause of sleep disturbance, enhance anxiety and play a role in headaches and migraine.
Try to reduce your caffeine intake and avoid it after 1pm to get a better night’s sleep. A little goes a long way.
