The current political advisory is to expand the process of opening Texas to increased commerce, transport and social interaction. As a physician, I believe that public safety policy regarding this pandemic should be informed by the most current scientific data available.
With this in mind, I will continue to see patients virtually for the time being, and I encourage all of my patients to continue social distancing and safe practices. (See graphic below.)
